SHIPPING POLICY

We ship for free on all orders over $20 within The US!

(we are hoping to ship international soon, but not yet!) 

Shipping is done Via USPS First Class Mail (2-5 day shipping) or for physically large items

USPS ground (2-8 day shipping).

Standard order processing time is 3-5 business days+ shipping transit time

*If you are purchasing a product that just went viral on TikTok or Instagram this may be extended up to 7 business days, but we do our best to keep processing times low! (business days do not include weekends! just remember we are a one woman show and need some down time every now and then!)

If you are not satisfied with your items arrival time and have already received a tracking number you can cancel your item for a refund, but will be required pay the return shipping costs. Your refund will be pending until marked delivered and in transit for return after payment of return label OR if package is deemed lost by USPS you can opt for a replacement or refund.. We absolutely hate it, but once it is dropped off to the carrier it is up top them to complete their job and there is not much we can do!

If an item arrives damaged, save your packaging in case in must be shipped back, and take a photo ASAP

(we require photos for returns and insurance!)

NEW UPDATED POLICY ON INCORRECT INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES:

We understand autofill can be a pain! If your address is incomplete please fill out the contact form on the website and we will help you update it.

Starting 8:00pm on March 23, 2023 Orders placed that do not input or reach out to update the correct shipping address prior to the order being shipped will result in the buyer being responsible for the cost of reshipping. 

RETURN POLICY

- your product arrives damaged, save the packaging and send us a photo (via email, instagram, or facebook). Sometimes packages are not handled with care, it happens but we will get it fixed and replaced right away! *Sometimes we may ask you to pack and ship back the item which is why we ask you to save your packaging (we will send you the label!) returning items can help us understand why something arrived damaged and lets us create ways to prevent it from happening again. This information must be sent within 7 days of delivery confirmation to receive a replacement.

- if you are dissatisfied with you item or decide it is no longer for you thats okay we understand things happen! If your item has not shipped (aka you have not received a tracking number) you can get a full refund*, just ask! If your item has shipped and or been received you will need to return the item in good condition and pay for return shipping to receive your refund, but we can help you with the return just reach out! 

*custom orders cannot be refunded if they are already made, but we can do a partial refund
